Recommended Soldering Procedure One Reflow Cycle Only Reliability Testing Type of Test High Temperature Test Low Temperature Test Test Specifications 96 hours at +85°C 96 hours at -40°C Ten 24-hour cycles consisting of the following: Temperature Cycle and Humidity Test 1. Continuous life test The part shall be subjected to 72 hours at +70℃ with 12VDC applied. 2. Intermittent life test A duty cycle of 1 minute on, 1 minute off, a minimum of 10000 times at room temp. Operating Life Test (25±10℃) with 12.0VDC applied. After testing, the part shall be without any degradation in appearance or performance except SPL. After 4 hours at +25°C, the SPL shall measure ±10 dBA compared to initial measurement.
