Strip outer jacket, and arrange wires to match wire diagram T568A or T568B. Make a clean cut on a slight angle, leaving 1.5" [38.1 mm] of wire protruding from the jacket. 2.Slide connector onto wires pushing it up to the jacket. Wires should be inserted completely to insure twist are less the 3/16" [4.8mm] from the termination point. 3. Crimp and trim in one step using Stewart racheted Crimp and Cut tool P/N 290263-02 or equivalent tool. Rev A0 DOC# MN390027
