We use the popular Wade's Accessible Reloaded extruder and feature the LulzBot v2 all-metal hot end (capable of temperatures up to 300°C) mounted on our LulzBot Mini Extruder Mount. This tool head ships assembled, aligned, and with all the connections terminated for ease of installation onto the LulzBot Mini.
