SK6206 300mA Low Power LDO General Description SK6206 series are a highly precise, lower regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage dropout voltage. The SK6206 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision Features ⚫ Input voltage : 2.5V~7V ⚫ Output range : 1.2V~5.0V ⚫ Low power consumption ⚫ Low voltage drop ⚫ Low temperature coefficient ⚫ Low Quiescent Current: 3uA at 6V ⚫ PSRR: 50dB @ 1KHz ⚫ Output voltage accuracy: tolerance ±2% reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low Applications ESR ceramic capacitors. The current ⚫ Battery-powered equipment limiter’s feedback circuit operates as a short ⚫ Reference voltage sources circuit protection as well as the output ⚫ Cameras, video cameras current limiter for the output pin. Output ⚫ Portable AV systems voltages are internally by laser trimming ⚫ Mobile phones technologies. It is selectable in 0.1V ⚫ Portable games increments within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V.
