DESCRIPTION: The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMXD2004S and CMXD2004SR consists of Dual, In-Series pairs of High Voltage Silicon Switching Diodes, manufactured in a SUPERmini™ SOT-26 surface mount package, and designed for high voltage switching applications.
