SGM7SZ04 Small Logic Inverter GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The SGM7SZ04 is a single inverter with the advanced ● Wide Supply Voltage Range: 1.65V to 5.5V CMOS technology. The supply voltage pin of this ● Inputs Over-Voltage Tolerance Makes 5V to 3V device accepts any voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V.
