insulation

silicone
resin

better

epoxy
resin,

insulating
capacity

good
as
epoxy

use

epoxy
resin
coating
material

both
insulation
and
heat
dissipation
capabilities.

air
bubbles

surface

encapsulation,

insulation

better
than
silicone
resin
and
other
epoxy
resins.

better
than
other
types
of
epoxy
