AP7363 1.5A LOW QUIESCENT CURRENT, FAST TRANSIENT ULTRA-LOW DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR Description Pin Assignments The AP7363 is a 1.5A adjustable-output voltage linear regulator with ultra-low dropout. The device includes pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry. (Top View) ADJ/ NC OUT OUT OUT The characteristics of low dropout voltage and fast transient response to step changes in load make the device suitable for low-voltage microprocessor applications. The typical quiescent current is approximately 0.5mA and changes little with load current. The built-in current-limit and thermal-shutdown functions prevent IC damage in fault conditions.
