The Ultra-low ESR “H” range offers a very stable, X8G High
Q material system that provides excellent low loss
performance.

0.2pF to 5.1nF
Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC)
0 ± 30ppm/˚C (EIA X8G)
Optimised for lowest possible ESR, the electrode system
provides low metal losses resulting in flatter performance
curves and reduced losses at higher frequencies.
Q factor
>2000 @ 1MHz
Insulation Resistance (IR)
100G or 1000secs (whichever is less)
An extended operating temperature range of -55ºC to
+150ºC accommodates modern high density microelectronics requirements, while AEC-Q200 qualification
makes these parts ideal for modern automotive applications
such as on board WiFi networks and 5G systems.
Dielectric Withstand Voltage (DWV)
Voltage applied for 5 seconds maximum at
50mA maximum charging current
-55ºC / +150ºC (non-suffixed parts)
Operating Temperature Range
-55ºC / +175ºC (H17 suffixed parts)
Ageing Rate
For 1111 parts, the operating temperature range can be
further extended to -55ºC to +175ºC by adding suffix code
H17.

TCC code X8G = -55ºC / + 150ºC, 0 ± 30ppm/˚C
This range of high frequency capacitors is suitable for many
applications where economical, high performance is
required.
